The Manager, Sales Strategy and Innovation is responsible for developing and implementing strategic initiatives to optimize revenue, profitability, and market competitiveness. We are seeking a dynamic and innovative Manager to lead our Sales Strategy and Innovation team. In this role, you will drive the development and execution of strategic initiatives to optimize sales performance, foster innovation, and enhance our competitive position in the market. The ideal candidate is a visionary leader with a passion for sales excellence, a track record of driving innovation, and a strategic mindset. 
What You'll Do:
  • Lead the development of comprehensive sales strategies aligned with company goals and market dynamics. 
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to define strategic priorities, identify growth opportunities, and set ambitious targets for sales performance.
  • Drive a culture of innovation within the sales organization by encouraging creativity, experimentation, and continuous improvement. 
  • Champion new ideas, technologies, and processes that have the potential to revolutionize our sales approach and drive competitive advantage.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Marketing, Product Management, and Operations, to align sales strategies with broader business objectives. 
  • Foster collaboration and communication to ensure seamless execution of strategic initiatives.
  • Conduct in-depth analysis of market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to inform sales strategy development. 
  • Generate actionable insights and recommendations to capitalize on market opportunities and mitigate potential risks.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline sales processes, improve efficiency, and enhance the overall effectiveness of our sales organization. 
  • Implement best practices, tools, and technologies to drive productivity and performance.
  • Develop and maintain robust performance tracking mechanisms to monitor key sales metrics, track progress against targets, and measure the impact of strategic initiatives. 
  • Prepare regular reports and presentations to communicate results and insights to senior leadership.
  • Lead and mentor a team of sales strategy professionals, providing guidance, support, and professional development opportunities.
Who You Are:
  • 5 years of experience in a Sales or Sales strategy role.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, economics, finance, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • Solid understanding of various data analysis, reporting, and CRM tools.
  • Leadership experience in hiring, developing, coaching and mentoring your team and others.
  • Ability to connect with executive leadership, delivering concise, data-driven insights.
