Carolina Caring is looking for a Master of Social Work to provide case management and counseling services to patients, families, and caregivers. The Medical Social Worker will conduct psychosocial assessments and develop care plans in collaboration with the Interdisciplinary Team. This role will specifically serve the Mecklenburg County area.

This position is Monday-Friday, 8:30am-5:00pm
