The ideal candidate will be a person in search of a career position with a rapidly growing company. We are a Light Construction Equipment Dealer serving the Road and Bridge Building Industries, Underground Utilities Contractors, and General Contractors in the Charlotte Area.

Responsibilities

• Provide great Customer Service and Support
• Support The Outside Sales Team
• Maintain vendor relationships in a purchasing capacity.
• Track and facilitate customer orders, invoicing, and other sales-related office administration.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word,)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
• Familiar with A/P and A/R operations as well as some purchasing and invoicing experience.
• Familiar with QuickBooks Small Business Accounting Software helpful.

This is an inside position with M-F hours working in our Rock Hill SC Location.
