Description

Job Summary:

The Ladies Locker Room Member Services Concierge is responsible for maintaining a high level of standards in the Bogey Den (Ladies Locker Room) and seeks opportunities to create memorable moments and deliver legendary service with gracious hospitality. This individual will embody The Carolina Country Platinum Service Absolutes.

Job Functions include:

  • Members will receive a warm welcome and a fond farewell by name and thank members with genuine appreciation.
  • Always be visible and engaging while anticipating service needs.
  • Speak with others using clear and professional language, ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional.
  • Set-up and maintain various club outlets for member card/board games (including side tables, linen, beverage station, and snacks)
  • Constantly checks the Bogey Den to attend to any Member needs to include taking food and drink orders, getting cookies
  • Works in coordination with the golf shop to welcome and accommodate guests by name, with arrangements for locker, directions, information, or any other services necessary to exceed their expectations.
  • Maintain and ensure immaculate locker room facilities for members and guests-locker/dressing areas picked up, vacuums floor, vanity areas wiped down and cleaned after each use, towels stocked and stacked properly, products straightened after each use
  • Proactively performing duties of attendant includes setting up beverage station and food service to exceed members’ needs and expectations.
  • Accurately record member charges in a timely basis for all services provided.
  • Communicate daily menu specials to the members and enter order into the POS.
  • When ladies are not present in Bogey Den or other areas playing cards, assist the Grille Room with drinks, bussing or hosting
  • Roll silverware in downtime
  • Thanks members and guests; invite them to return.
  • Consistently follows local and state laws and the club’s policies and procedures for the service of alcoholic beverages to members and guests.
  • Stays alert and promptly report accidents, injuries, maintenance issues, suspicious activity and unsafe work conditions to management.
  • Performs other appropriate duties requested by supervisors.
  • Completes required Paycom and RCSU courses.
  • Attends departmental staff meetings as scheduled.

Physical & Personal Requirements:

  • Must be a minimum of twenty one (21) years of age.
  • Capable of lifting up to twenty five (25) pounds or more.
  • Capable of standing and maneuvering independently and safely around work area.
  • Capable of standing on a tile floor for an eight hour shift.
  • Ability to see and hear, or to use prosthetics that will enable these senses to function adequately to assure that position requirements can be fully met.
  • Sufficient manual dexterity to operate a fire extinguisher and to manipulate bar and kitchen equipment, including blenders, mixers, ice machines, dishwashers, slicers, and knives.
  • Ability to read, write, speak and understand English. Sound mental and physical health: ability to get along well with others, to demonstrate a high level of sensitivity and interest in people.

Working Conditions:

  • Subject to moderate physical and emotional stress associated with food/beverage service. Performance of job tasks will involve exposure to cleaning chemicals requiring precautions. Must be able to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
