```Job Overview:```
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Shift Leader to join our team. As a Shift Leader, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service establishment. You will work closely with the management team to ensure exceptional customer service, efficient kitchen operations, and a positive work environment.

```Duties:```
- Supervise and lead a team of food service staff during assigned shifts
- Ensure all food preparation and cooking is done according to company standards
- Assist with inventory control and ordering supplies as needed
- Train new employees on proper food handling and safety procedures
- Monitor and maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the kitchen and dining area
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and resolve any issues that may arise
- Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement strategies for improving operational efficiency
- Assist with scheduling shifts and managing labor costs

```Skills:```
- Previous experience in food service or culinary industry
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Knowledge of kitchen management and inventory control procedures
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in using Aloha POS or similar point-of-sale systems
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $12.50 - $14.00 per hour

Expected hours: 32 – 40 per week
