Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the shift, ensuring smooth and efficient service
- Manage a team of employees, providing guidance and support
- Coordinate and supervise all aspects of food service.
- Maintain high standards of customer service, ensuring guest satisfaction
- Assist in interviewing and training new staff members
- Monitor inventory levels.
- Handle customer complaints or concerns in a professional manner
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in management.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage a team
- Excellent customer service skills and a passion for providing exceptional experiences
- Knowledge of food service operations.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
