Established, large Triangle firm seeking a Litigation Paralegal with 3 year's law firm experience. This candidate must have experience in Insurance Defense. Job responsibilities include preparing pleadings, assisting with discovery responses, draft letters and documents, perform some legal research and writing, working closely with attorneys to produce time sensitive work and meeting case deadlines. Must have a keen eye for detail and able to manage multiple cases at once. This client pays very competitive to the market, has excellent benefits and is a nice place to work.
