Job Summary:

Carolina Pottery is seeking a creative and detail-oriented Visual Merchandiser to join our team at our Martinez, GA location. The Visual Merchandiser will be responsible for creating visually appealing displays to attract customers and drive sales. Responsibilities:

• Design and set up visual displays in accordance with Carolina Pottery guidelines.
• Create eye-catching product presentations to enhance the customer shopping experience.
• Collaborate with the management team to develop promotional strategies.
• Maintain visual standards and ensure displays are kept clean and organized.
• Maintain store end caps and keep them properly merchandised.
• Need to be self-reliant, self-motivated and have an ability to achieve goals and meet deadlines without supervision.

Qualifications:

• Strong creative flair and effective problem-solving abilities as it relates to the Carolina Pottery concept.
• Ability to market products effectively through visual displays.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to sell ideas effectively.
• Proven working experience in merchandising and retail knowledge
• Ability to organize and plan daily projects.
• Physical ability to create and change visual displays by moving and lifting merchandise as well as the ability to spend numerous hours on their feet.
• May be required to work some nights and weekends as needed.
• Must be able to pass a background check.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $11.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 – 40 per week
