Carolina PRG is partnering with a manufacturing company with an international presence and a revenue exceeding $500M . They are seeking a well-established individual who has experience managing a team, closing the books, financial reporting, and budgeting.

Responsibilities:

• Assist the CFO in strategic financial, accounting, and projects.
• Perform the month-end, quarterly, and annual close process to facilitate the creation of timely and accurate financial statements and provide explanations of budget and forecast.
• Prepare monthly forecasts and annual budgets.
• Monitoring and reviewing monthly financial transactions and activities to ensure the integrity of the general ledger and the accuracy of accounting entries.
• Assisting with various treasury responsibilities.
• Maintaining accurate records of fixed assets and other financial data
• Promote a culture of high performance and continuous improvement that values learning and a commitment to quality.
• Ensure staff members receive timely and appropriate training and development.
• Upgrade and implement an appropriate system of policies, internal controls, accounting standards, and procedures. Implement and monitor overall best practices.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 8 years of experience, including managing a team.
• Manufacturing experience.
• CPA preferred.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP systems.
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
