SUMMARY: Have you ever wanted to be in an industry supporting the healthcare field? This company plays an important role in connecting healthcare providers to patients who need medical treatment yet may not be able to afford health insurance or the costs of treatment. The growing organization is seeking a hands-on FP&A Manager reporting directly to the CFO.

They will be responsible for the annual budgeting process and in charge of partnering with operations by providing modeling support. The FP&A Manager will be working with executives while also preparing board materials and reporting to the private equity group. The CFO wants to be challenged and is looking for this person to contribute new ideas.

DESCRIPTION:

• Generate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, offering detailed analysis and insights into key performance metrics for senior management review.
• Develop the annual operating budget annually, incorporating assumptions and guidance from senior management.
• Maintain and update the operating forecast regularly based on actual performance and revised assumptions.
• Prepare quarterly presentations for the board, working closely with senior management to provide subject matter expertise and analytical support.
• Manage all aspects of banking compliance, reporting, and analysis on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
• Collaborate with department heads to build and maintain financial models that enhance decision-making and optimize operational efficiency.
• Participate in the due-diligence process of future acquisitions and work to integrate purchased entities.
• Undertake special projects and ad-hoc reporting as needed.

EXPERIENCE:

• Four-year degree in Finance or Accounting
• 7-12 years of relevant FP&A experience
• Excellent Excel experience handling large datasets.
• Strong analytical skills, accuracy, and attention to detail.
• Self-driven individual with the ability to understand and solve creative challenges and meet deadlines.
