Job Summary
RooterNOW is a family owned and operated service plumbing company located in North Charleston. We specialize in providing plumbing, drain cleaning, and pipe lining services in Charleston and surrounding areas. We are looking for an experienced service plumber to join our service team. The ideal candidate will be self motivated, confident in their plumbing abilities, and capable of diagnosing residential plumbing problems and providing solutions to the customer.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Diagnose plumbing issues of all kinds.
- Provide estimates for repairs utilizing company price book.
- Provide options to the customer for repairs and upgrades.
- Perform repairs in accordance to local plumbing code.
- Maintain truck inventory.
- Provide five star service to all customers.
Qualifications and Skills
The below skills are recommended for the successful candidate however not mandatory. At RooterNOW we believe in a culture of training and continuous development. We are willing to train and work with the right candidate.
- One year of home service experience
- Three years of plumbing experience
- Familiar with Service Tian or other CRM scheduling programs.
- Ability to listen to customers concerns and provide solutions
- Knowledgeable with residential plumbing systems
- Good physical condition and strength with the ability to work in varying conditions
- Driver license with a clean driving record
