Carolina RV, has an opening for a full-time, experienced Sales Manager. You must have automotive and/or recreational vehicle Sales management experience to apply.

Our ideal candidate will have previous RV sales and/or finance management experience with sales knowledge in a variety of recreational vehicles makes/models.

A team-oriented leadership style is a must!

Leads, coaches, trains and interacts with the sales team to exceed dealership revenue targets. Monitors the sales team’s progress towards continual improvement in sales technique, closing, negotiation skills, inventory knowledge and recordkeeping through the dealer management system.

Coordinates activities with the sales staff to ensure sales responsibilities are completed e.g., sold vehicles are properly tagged, moved to appropriate sold line in preparation for service, sales staff are available for customer receipt, golf carts are well-maintained, etc.

Maintains an awareness of industry trends, product knowledge, merchandising and unit inventory, evaluates trade-ins.

Follows up with customers to ensure their utmost satisfaction and works with the sales/service teams to resolve customer complaints in a prompt and efficient manner.

Organizes and attends special advertising events and promotional RV shows as needed.

Pay: $95,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
