PT Marketer – Community Liaison

Part-Time

*This position will be responsible for providing marketing support to our corporate marketing team 3 days per week focusing on the Columbia, SC area and the surrounding areas.

There is daily travel involved with occasional weekends and evenings. A vehicle is required.

What will you do?

The Part-Time Marketer-Community Liaison will serve as the liaison between CTSHealth, the community, and referring agencies. This role will assist in creating demand for the company’s services through the effective application of ethical marketing principles and sales methods. This position is responsible for the implementation of the company’s strategic marketing plan, enhancing the cobrand/image, effectively managing their assigned territory and accounts, and works to achieve departmental and CTSHealth business development goals. The selected candidate must be able to demonstrate tact, resourcefulness, patience, and dedication in a fast-paced environment.

• Implement CTS Health’s business and marketing plans, brand, and image in assigned territory by communicating with the public on behalf of CTS Health (attend and speak at meetings promoting current and new services, as well as events sponsored by the agency)
• Develop and maintain new and existing referral lines with community, organizations, agencies and alike in person, virtually, digitally, telephonically and in text for the agency in the territory assigned.
• Identify trends and market shifts within and out of assigned territory.
• Meet marketing contact goals and objectives as identified with supervisor on a weekly/monthly basis.
• Research and write reports for department use including but not limited to reporting customer/community feedback.
• Work alongside other programs and departments for presentations and events.
• Identify concerns and needs within CTS Health and referent relationships to support for best referral outcomes.
• Submit additional reporting and planning tools in a timely manner and present well-researched and clear information in an organized manner.
• Communicate with Marketing Department on opportunities and concerns that he/she identifies as urgent/high priority effectively to Marketing Director and the agency's department leaders for follow-up and support.
• Attending in person team meetings once a month and any other additional duties identified by your supervisor.
