JOB SUMMARY The Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant performs services planned,delegated and supervised by the Occupational Therapist. Participates in therehabilitative plan of care designed by the Occupational Therapist andphysician, and monitored and evaluated by the Occupational Therapist.

QUALIFICATIONS
Graduate from an accredited Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants programwith an Associate’s Degree approved by the American Occupational Therapy Association.Licensed or certified by the state in which the Certified Occupational TherapyAssistant resides or practices according to state requirements, and hasreceived certification from the National Board for Certification inOccupational Therapy, Inc. (NBCOT).
