Responsibilities:
– Develop and implement quality improvement strategies.
– Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and standards Ensure survey readiness.

– Medical chart reviews

– Manage and supervise the quality assurance team
– Conduct audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement
– Collaborate with cross–functional teams to develop and implement quality improvement plans
– Monitor and analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
– Oversee the development and implementation of policies and procedures related to quality assurance
– Provide guidance and support to staff regarding quality improvement initiatives
– Collaborate with medical management to ensure quality of care
– Manage medical records systems to ensure accuracy and compliance

Skills:
– Senior leadership experience in a healthcare setting
– Excellent project management skills, including the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
– Knowledge of medical records systems and their role in quality assurance
– Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively communicate complex information to diverse audiences
