The Residential House Manager is a full-time supervisory position responsible for providing supervision to designated Residential Counselors, and managing day-to-day operations of two assigned DDA licensed residential sites in addition to managing and coordinating health care appointments for an assigned group of Caroline Center, Inc. (CCI) participants. This position is directly supervised by the Director of Residential Services (DRS), and has an assigned work schedule of 40 hours per week. The position is full-time, and requires weekend availability.
Requirements: HS diploma or GED, minimum 25 years of age, and 3 years experience in the human services field; AA degree preferred, and may be substituted for work experience, valid driver's license and driving record acceptable to agency's insurance carrier, ability to lift 50 lbs independently, become certified as a Medication Technician by the Maryland Board of Nursing, compassion and respect for people with disabilities.
