Job Summary:## Perform all required duties to safely collect blood specimens from all patient populations.# Accurately label, transport and perform pre-analytical processes to accession specimens into laboratory processes.# Clerical duties may include demographic patient registration, clerical order entry, specimen transport documentation and packaging of specimens for transport. Qualifications:# #High school diploma or equivalent.# Completed phlebotomy course with clinical rotation required.# Three (3) months phlebotomy experience preferred; certification preferred.# Considerable ability to work directly with patients.# Considerable ability to follow specified blood drawing techniques and ability to perform functions with high degree of accuracy and timeliness.
