Job Summary: Transport patients to and from the Hemodialysis Department, both safely and efficiently. Maintain an adequate supply of necessary equipment. Performing other duties as requested, such as cleaning hemodialysis equipment and assisting nursing staff with patient care.

Qualifications: High School Graduate. Ability to follow oral and written directions. Strong customer service skills. Able to meet the physical demands of the role. Able to work with little supervision and self-motivated. Must obtain BLS within 4 weeks of the hire date.
