If you have worked in another hospital or are currently working in a hospital, you likely feel like your personal development, knowledge, and skill set have been put on hold as you and the the rest of the hospital are working to simply get through the day. This is a common concerns among veterinary assistant and technicians in our field and CPVC has put systems in place to focus on your growth. The better you become at your job, the more you will love it. We know that, so we invest in our staff.
2) We work to uphold the highest standards of care. Our motto is "If it's best for the pet, best for the client, and best for the practice, we will do it." This means that you will have the opportunity to participate in best case medicine gain experience that can translate across our field wherever your career may take you from here.
3) We demand that all team members take responsibility for developing a healthy workplace culture. It is difficult spend 10 hours a day with anyone, but especially with individuals who bring negativity and discord. CPVC is proud of the team that we have here and are blessed in that many of them re friends even outside of work. We believe this is a direct result of allowing our workplace to be a place that cultivates friendship.
