As an Office Manager, you will work jointly with the Executive Director and DON in maintaining and directing the billing, personnel records, patient records, and office management activities of the facility.

Requirements:

• Associate or Bachelors degree preferred
• Two to three years of experience in Medicare/Medicaid billing or experience in management functions.
• Proficient in Microsoft office, the internet, e-mail and desktop navigation.
• Knowledge of or experience in accounting/bookkeeping.
• Demonstrated ability to organize and manage time, tasks, and files.
• Can type at least 40-50 words per minute;
• Excellent oral communication skills;
• Must be willing to obtain computer knowledge with hospice computer systems.
• At least one year experience in hospice preferred;
• Knowledge of medical terminology preferred.
• Must be able to demonstrate flexibility by performing a variety of tasks
• Home Care Home Base experience preferred
