PRODUCTION MILL WORKER Primary Duties: Employee will be assigned to various positions and shifts within the department according to operating needs and the department’s flexibility requirements. Assignments will be primarily to entry-level positions; however, duties may include any and all processes, equipment, and positions within the department. When not assigned to specific position, employee performs general labor type duties. Requirements: Minimum education requirement: High School Diploma or GED equivalent. Manufacturing experience PREFERRED. Must be willing and able to work rotating shifts and overtime as scheduled. Employee must demonstrate ability to adhere and comply with all safety requirements. Employee must be highly motivated and be willing to support manufacturing needs through flexibility.
