What We Offer:
- Hourly Rate: $15 to $19 Commission (based on experience)
- Full Time: 40 hrs./5-day work week (Monday – Saturday: must have open availability)

- Appreciation team lunches & seasonal team parties
- Provide outstanding service to determine customer’s overall design needs
- Build client relationships and ensure follow up is completed on all jobs
- Keep up to date on the wide selection of products and services provided
- Schedule appointments for client consultations within the showroom or at the client’s home or workplace
- Gather space/area measurements, calculate number of materials needed for project, create and present project proposals to clients for approval, provide any floor sample suggestions, and ensure quality control for active projects
- Communicate with vendors to determine product specifications, availability, sampling requirements, and to order project materials
- Manage time between the showroom and prospecting within the community
- Maintain showroom by keeping samples, displays and common areas neat, current, and clean
- Minimum of 2-4 years’ proven work experience in Retail Sales, Flooring Sales, Interior Design, Construction, or similar role
- Must have a valid driver’s license & reliable form of transportation
- Must be able to utilize a tape measure properly & have good math skills
- Must have strong working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, & POS system
- Ability to navigate through any CAD program a plus
- A positive attitude and desire to exceed expectations
- Ability to adapt and respond quickly to customers’ needs and wants
- Strong organizational skills and the flexibility to jump from priority to priority
- Advanced time management skills and detailed oriented
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently under minimal supervision, yet within a team setting
- Exceptional critical thinking and problem-solving ability
- Strong personal and professional judgment
- Knowledge of flooring & design industry a plus (Willing to train)
- Ability to read floor plan drawings & create project estimates a plus (Willing to train)
- Knowledge of RFMS a plus (Willing to train)
- Associate or bachelor’s degree in communications, business management, interior design, or a similar field a plus
- Use the response option in this job board
