We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Digital Project Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) and other customer interfacing projects. These projects are crucial for enhancing our customers' ability to interact with us through electronic means, ensuring seamless and efficient communication.
Key Responsibilities
Lead digital projects from initiation to delivery, ensuring on time completion and quality.
Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
Coordinate with internal COE resources and vendors for the flawless execution and delivery of initiatives.
Oversee the implementation and maintenance of systems to facilitate the exchange of business documents with customers electronically.
Manage projects aimed at improving customer interaction through digital means, such as customer portals, mobile applications, and other online platforms.
Work closely with customers to understand their needs and ensure the solutions provided meet their expectations.
Serve as the primary point of contact for all project stakeholders, including customers, vendors, and internal teams.
Facilitate stakeholder meetings to provide project updates and to ensure alignment & clear communication.
Accountable for adhering to Agile standards including maturing of initiatives, backlog grooming, Sprint planning, and end-of-sprint demonstrations.
Generate and present detailed reports on project performance, including key metrics and outcomes.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree.
4 years of experience managing projects.
Preferred Qualifications
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
Experience in a customer-facing role.
Proficiency with project management tools and software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Jira, Asana).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and manage external vendors.
Strong understanding of EDI standards and protocols.
Knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
