About this role:

The Controller will be responsible for accumulating and consolidating financial information for internal and external financial statements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage monthly and annual close of income statement and balance sheet, the reconciliation of accounts, and general ledger analysis
• Support the FP&A team with the production and monthly monitoring of the annual budget and forecasts
• Direct accounting operations including accounts payable, billings & collections, and payroll
• Partner with the CFO to provide executive leadership and stakeholders with monthly financial reports, include Board Level reporting as needed
• Establish and manage internal controls and compliance
• Manage scope and relationships with external accounting vendors around audit and assurance services
• Support and respond to external audit risks and issues

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, economics, finance, or business
• Minimum 10 years’ experience in Accounting and Controllership roles with increasing leadership responsibility
