Carroll Motor Fuels is seeking a Billing and Inventory Specialist whose primary responsibility is to reconcile and process “Bill of Ladings.” This role will provide overall support in an accounting administrative capacity including documentation compilation, data entry, database maintenance, accounts receivables, and customer service. Responsibilities:

• Accurate and meticulous daily data entry.

• Verify cost billed using 3rd party software and other methods as needed.

• Auditing, processing, and posting daily manifests and invoices.

• Maintain and ensure accounts relationship between all relevant systems reflect accurately and cohesively in each system.

• General ledger data entry and batch reconciliation. Support month end closing procedures.

• Accurately, organize, reconcile, and process all “Bill of Ladings” and other forms of product delivery documentation daily for the purpose of billing customers, and reconciling fuel supplier invoices from multiple source points, e.g., email, electronic data interchange (EDI), supplier portal and or fax.

• Assist with department accounting administrative duties as needed.

Qualifications

Qualifications:

• Possess strong oral and written communication skills and be able to communicate and manage customers with exceptional customer service.

• Desired skills in Microsoft Applications specifically, Excel skills, Word, and Outlook are preferred. Adept user in Excel and CIF proprietary applications to be successful in this role, training is provided.

• Be adaptable and flexible to assist others, take on special projects, and serve as back-up as needed.

• Willing to ensure deadlines are met in a fast-paced environment. Previous experience in inventory management is a plus.
