Carroll Water is seeking a Customer Service Representative to help us in our growing office. This is an onsite position.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Team environment but requires the candidate to be self-motivated.
- Answering phone calls in a timely manner.
- Interacts with customers via telephone, email, online chat, or in person to provide support and information on products or services.
- Appointment setting with customers and keep CRM updated at all times.
- Work directly with service manager to schedule efficient service routes and routines.
- Collects and enters orders for new or additional products or services.
- Fields customer questions and complaints; when the issue is beyond the representative’s knowledge, forwards to the assigned specialist or other appropriate staff.
- Ensures that the appropriate actions are taken to resolve customers’ problems and concerns.
- Maintains customer accounts and records of customer interactions with details of inquiries, complaints, or comments.
- Performs administrative work as assigned.
Knowledge/Experience:
- Excellent communication skills including active listening.
- Service-oriented and able to resolve customer grievances.
- Proficient computer skills with the ability to learn new software.
- Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be organized.
- ServiceTitian experience – a plus
