Our work environment includes:
**Duties**
- Manage the front desk and serve as the first point of contact for visitors and callers
- Perform clerical tasks such as filing, data entry, and document preparation
- Complete operational requirements by scheduling and assigning task; following up on work results
- Processing invoices, accounts payable and account receivable.
- Communicate effectively with team members, customers, suppliers, trades, etc
- Assist with payroll processing and ensure accurate recordkeeping
- Work directly with owner/s and managers.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Supports company operations by maintaining office systems and supervising staff.
- Complete provided education as needed to perform job duties
- Other duties as assigned
**Skills**
-Proven experience in office management or an administrative role
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficient in using computer software such as Google Workspace, QuickBooks, etc
- Good time management and interpersonal skills
- Intergrity, reliability, discretion, and confidentially
**Experience**
- Preferred 3 years of office management/administrative role experience
- Preferred associates degree in business administration
