Duties:
- Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for clients with developmental disabilities, particularly autism spectrum disorders
- Provide behavioral therapy and interventions to children with special needs
- Implement behavior management techniques and strategies to promote positive behavior change
- Collaborate with parents, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure consistency in treatment approach
- Collect and analyze data to track progress and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans
- Provide training and support to parents and caregivers on implementing behavior management strategies at home
Experience:
- TENNESSEE LBA REQUIRED
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required
- Experience working with children with special needs, particularly those with autism spectrum disorders
- Strong knowledge of behavioral principles and techniques
- Proficient in conducting assessments and developing individualized treatment plans
- Experience with data collection and analysis
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
