Creative Quality Manager

About the role

Do you love helping creative teams be successful, making an impact, anticipating problems, and finding real solutions to drive client success? How about breaking down challenges into actionable steps or communicating with multiple stakeholders to elevate the content and quality of the websites we produce? As the Creative Quality Manager, you will ensure that our websites meet our professional standards to help our clients celebrate their products and services. This position will be managing multiple projects at a time in a fast-paced, creative environment At the core, the Creative Quality Manager must have a passion for developing team members and working collaboratively to develop top performing, innovative websites.

What we need you to lead ...

• You will be a driving force to develop new ways of working to help determine “how” websites are successfully created to deliver the best website experience.
• You will enhance creative quality standards and consistency by removing roadblocks, clarifying requests and facilitating communication between teams.
• Communication with the Marketing and Product teams to ensure our websites deliver on our business and marketing strategies.
• Manage multiple priorities, projects, across business lines.
• Organization and progress of any new training and coaching opportunities as they arise
• Responsible for managing team member and their work as part of role.
• Provide clean, actionable, and timely communication to strengthening partnerships across our teams.

You’ll Also Need ...

• Strong, proven Project management experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing/Communication or Business Management
• Working experience in digital production, content production or related field
• Creativity, imagination, and a collaborative spirit
• Excellent time-management and organizational skills
• Comfort level working in a fast-paced environment both independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to receive feedback and use it to grow and improve as a member of our marketing team.
