Job Summary:M-F 8am-5pm /S 8am-4PM
We are seeking an individual to join our team as an Auto Detailer/Office Assistant. This position combines the hands on responsibilities of auto detailing with office administrative tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our business.
Responsibilities
Auto Detailing :
- Perform thourough interior and exterior cleaning of vehicles, including washing, waxing, vacuuming and polishing.
- Use specialized tools and equipment to remove stains, scratches, and other imperfections from vehicles surfaces
- Apply protective coatings to preserve the appearance of vehicles and endure the long lasting shine.
- Inspect vehicles for quality control and ensure that they meet the company standards before delivery to customers.
Office Assistant:
- Greet customers and assist with inquiries in person, over the phone and via email.
- Schedule appointments for auto detailing services and maintain an organized calendar.
- Assist with basic administrative tasks such as data entry, filing and inventory management.
- Process payments, issue invoices and maintain accurate records of transactions using accounting software (intuit Quickbooks).
Customer Service:
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer concerns and ensuring their satisfaction with our services.
- Communicate effectively with customers to understand their auto detailing needs and preferences.
-Offer recommendations for additional services based on vehicle condition and customer preferences.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in auto detailing preferred, but not required. We will train the right candidate.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high quality work.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
- Excellent communication skills
- Must have a valid drivers license and your own vehicle.
