**Description**

**Job Purpose:**

Responsible for the coordination of daily operations within the Lubricants Department.

**Duties and responsibilities:**

* Maintain and operate all office support processes including phone and email order entry, shipping and receiving paperwork, shipment scheduling, and coordination with other branches.

* Assist in periodic inventory counts.

* Assist in scheduling incoming inventory products.

* Partner with the internal sales group to ensure ongoing relationship with customers.

* Communicate with warehouse and drivers about upcoming shipments.

**Qualifications:**

* High school degree or equivalent

* Proficient in MS Office including Outlook, Excel and Word

* Knowledge of basic CRM system

* Excellent organizational and communication skills

* Able to lift up to 25 pounds

* Able to pass background check and drug screen

**Working Conditions:**

* Majority of work conducted in office environment. May be required to drive in inclement weather

* Work involves moving boxes and employee must lift, bend, stoop, pick up and move objects up to 25 lbs

* Work schedule is Monday through Friday. Must be willing to work overtime if there is a business need.

**Physical Requirements:**

* Occasionally lifting weights of twenty-five (25) pounds or less

* Climbing several flights of stairs and ladders

* Occasionally bending, twisting, and turning while lifting weights of less than fifty (25) pounds

* Data entry while seated for greater than one-half (1/2) hour

* Standing for extended periods of time
