Carsos Pasta is Hiring an Office Manager Near Lynnwood, WA

Our family owned and operated food production company is seeking a self-motivated, detail oriented Office Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate holds high ethical standards and is experienced in basic accounting and HR functions. Love of food and sense of humor are a plus!

Job Details

As our Office Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the front office is operated in a friendly and efficient way while completing tasks such as,

  • Manage and complete AR, AP, and Payroll (ADP)
  • Complete HR tasks as needed; including new hire paperwork, maintaining employee files, and tracking incident reports
  • Review and improve existing business processes to maintain and strengthen internal controls
  • Supervise one office assistant who supports both customer service and accounting roles
  • Receive and direct office communications including phone calls, emails, faxes, and mail
  • Organize and complete deposits as needed
  • Manage filing systems and office supplies
  • Perform other related tasks as assigned

Qualifications/Abilities

  • 3 years office management (HR, payroll, invoicing)
  • Fluent in QuickBooks & Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Outstanding organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to perform job functions independently

Preferred Qualifications

  • BA in business administration or related field
  • Office Management experience

Schedule

  • 7:30AM - 4:00PM Monday – Friday

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
