We are looking for a Body Shop Estimator to join our automotive team at CARSTAR OF STERLING HEIGHTS. As the first point of contact for our customers, you will play a crucial role in ensuring their satisfaction and delivering a delightful user experience. Main Responsibilities:
- Write estimates on damaged vehicles using the latest software
- Provide a detailed repair plan
- Communicate with parts manager to get an ETA on job completion
- Serve customers by providing service and product information
- Ensure customer satisfaction and pleasant user experience
