Carter Machinery Company, the authorized Caterpillar dealer serving Virginia, West Virginia, Maryland, Delaware and Washington D.C. is hiring a Billing Analyst. The Billing Analyst is responsible for preparing, reviewing and maintaining work orders to ensure consistent and accurate invoicing to internal and external customers and warranty recovery; and assisting service offices with maintaining current status updates on all work orders within their designated area of responsibility. Seeking candidates with previous experience in an administrative or clerical role. Experience with DBS/CAT systems, preferred. Parts and heavy equipment knowledge, preferred. College degree, a plus.
Requirements for the Billing Analyst position include:
Physical requirements must be met for the Billing Analyst job, including the ability sit or stand for prolonged periods of time. Able to lift, carry and maneuver items up to 10 pounds in weight. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision and ability to adjust focus. This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive.
