Carter Machinery Company, the authorized Caterpillar dealer serving Virginia, West Virginia, Maryland, Delaware and Washington D.C. is hiring a PSD Rental Sales Manager in Richmond, Virginia. The PSD Rental Sales Manager is responsible for the supervision and direction of the rental sales representatives. Responsibilities include accountability for leading and achieving specific results in the areas of sales coverage strategy and execution, sales forecasting and sales funnel management, revenue growth and business plan achievement, market share growth, and customer growth and retention objectives. Seeking candidates with minimum five years rental equipment industry experience. Direct sales experience. Bachelor's degree (business-related field preferred).
Requirements for the PSD Rental Sales Manager position include:
Physical requirements must be met for the PSD Rental Sales Manager job, including regularly being required to sit and talk or hear. The employee is frequently required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle, or feel and reach with hands and arms. Employee may occasionally lift and/or move up to 20 pounds.
