Our client, a $150M, private equity backed company in the environmental services industry, is seeking a Corporate Controller. This position is located at our client’s headquarters on the southwest side of Houston near the NRG stadium. This is an 100% in-office position.

Our client is experiencing significant growth through mergers and acquisitions nationwide.

Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer and leading a team of six, the Corporate Controller is responsible for ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and compliance of financial records while providing strategic insights to drive informed business decisions.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, economics, or a related field.
• 10 years of experience in accounting and finance.
• Public accounting experience preferred.
• MBA and CPA preferred.
• Excellent leadership and team management abilities, with the capability to motivate and guide cross functional teams.
• Experience with ERP accounting systems and fixed asset software systems (NetSuite preferred).

Compensation includes a base salary of $180-$200k plus a bonus incentive and a long-term incentive plan.
