Responsibilities
- Research and identify potential vehicle acquisition opportunities through various channels including private sellers, trade-ins, and other dealerships.
- Evaluate the condition, history, and market value of potential acquisitions to ensure they meet company standards.
- Negotiate purchase prices and terms with sellers to secure favorable deals for the dealership.
- Maintain and manage relationships with auction houses, wholesalers, and other relevant contacts.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to understand inventory needs and market trends.
- Ensure all acquired vehicles are accurately documented and comply with local, state, and federal regulations.
- Monitor market trends and pricing strategies to make informed acquisition decisions.
- Provide regular reports and updates to management on acquisition activities and results.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and make informed decisions.
- Fantastic communication skills with your customers.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Professional, well-groomed personal appearance.
- Clean & Clear WA state driving record is required.
- Pre-employment background check, reference check & drug screen is required.
