About the Role: As our marketing/graphic designer, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping our brand identity and enhancing our marketing efforts. From designing captivating visual content for digital and print platforms to developing marketing campaigns that resonate with our audience, you'll have the opportunity to showcase your creativity and strategic skills. This role is not remote.

What We're Looking For:

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant design tools.
• Strong understanding of design principles and best practices for both digital and print media.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with our marketing lead and other departments to bring concepts to life.
• A willingness to speak with and help customers on the sales floor during busy seasons (a passion for jewelry and luxury goods is a plus!)

Major Responsibilities:

• Analyze market trends and customer insights to inform marketing strategies and optimize campaign performance.
• Manage social media platforms, including content creation, community engagement, and influencer partnerships.
• Design visually compelling graphics for digital marketing campaigns, social media, email newsletters, and print materials such as flyers, brochures, and signage.
• Collaborate with the marketing lead to develop creative concepts that align with brand guidelines and resonate with our target audience.
• Produce high-quality product images and videos for our e-commerce platform and marketing materials.
• Create and maintain a consistent brand identity across all channels, ensuring visual integrity and brand recognition.
• Monitor and report on campaign performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in design and digital marketing to continuously improve our visual content strategy.
