Carterwill Search is recruiting for a Marketing Manager / Marketing Director to join one of our client companies located in Tampa, FL. This reputable, growing medium-sized law firm is dedicated to excellence in service, a collaborative work environment, and active participation in the communities we serve.

The Marketing Manager/Director will lead our marketing efforts and enhance the firm’s presence both locally and within the professional community. This role is ideal for a strategic thinker with a proven track record in marketing within the legal or professional services sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Digital Presence Management: Oversee the firm’s website (and new build), ensuring that content is regularly updated and accurately reflects our attorney profiles and their expertise.
  • Social Media Strategy: Administer and innovate our social media platforms to grow our brand’s online presence, creating and sharing engaging content that resonates with our target audiences.
  • Collaboration with Practice Groups: Work closely with Practice Group Leaders to highlight relevant legal issues and achievements through effective public relations strategies and web content.
  • Community Relations: Foster strong relationships within the community through active sponsorship and engagement initiatives, enhancing the firm's visibility and involvement in local business circles.
  • Professional Organization Involvement: Manage the firm’s memberships in professional organizations, ensuring up-to-date profiles and coordinated participation in events and conferences.
  • Attorney Onboarding: Lead the onboarding process for new attorneys by coordinating photoshoots, crafting compelling biographies, and updating online profiles to integrate them seamlessly into our team.
  • CRM Management: Maintain and optimize the use of our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system to enhance client interactions and ensure a seamless client experience.
  • Email Marketing Campaigns: Develop and execute impactful email marketing strategies that engage our clients and prospects, driving awareness and business opportunities.
  • Event Management: Plan and execute various marketing events, including seminars, webinars, and corporate gatherings to promote our services and facilitate networking.
  • Budget Management: Manage marketing budgets meticulously to ensure efficient and effective allocation of resources, achieving maximum impact from each campaign.
  • Annual Attorney Retreat Coordination: Organize and coordinate the annual retreat for attorneys, focusing on professional development, knowledge sharing, and team-building activities.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of marketing experience, ideally within a law firm or professional services environment.
  • Strong leadership skills and the ability to work effectively with executives and high-level stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills.
  • Demonstrated ability in managing social media platforms and digital marketing tools.
  • Experience with CRM software and email marketing platforms.
  • Proven ability to manage budgets.
