Solo practitioner seeking front desk receptionist. Job duties including greeting clients. answering phone calls, processing mail, opening new files, creating and maintaining electronic and paper client files, preparing routine correspondence, responding to client's emails, calling various courts and attorney's offices and general office tasks. Successful candidates would be comfortable using Microsoft Outlook and Word and must be extremely organized. Professional phone etiquette and excellent people skills are important to this position. The position is full time Monday through Friday 9-5. Looking to hire within the next couple of weeks.
