Reporting to the Manager, the Appraiser provides administrative support in accordance with corporate guidelines to ensure maximum dollar sales volume in the most profitable way possible. Also performs all duties assigned by the Manager and must know, practice and ensure that company policies and procedures and state or federal laws are followed at all times.
Responsibilities and Duties: - Work with account representatives and utilize Smart Seller Recon Tool to produce body repair estimates
- Review and edit vehicle inspection reports
- Enter body repair estimates into estimating software
- Complete body repair estimates on all accounts including Fleet, Factory and Dealer Consignment vehicles
- Assist Body Shop with parts ordering and receiving
- Monitor and coordinate inventory into the shop as needed
- Perform quality control inspections on completed shop work
- Practice and promote teamwork at all times, and set a good personal example of attitude and performance
- Provide excellent service to all customers.

Qualifications: - One (1) to two (2) years of completing estimates or similar experience required.
- Auction knowledge and experience preferred (not required)
- Basic computer skills are required.
- Must have the ability to physically operate vehicle equipment and tools.
- Must have a demonstrated ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
- Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
- Must be qualified to operate a motor vehicle and possess a valid driver's license.
