Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining 32-unit apartment complex, maintenance and repairs, HVAC and plumbing equipment within our complex.

Duties:
- Perform routine inspections of all units
- Troubleshoot electrical and plumbing issues
- Conduct inspections to identify potential problems
- Repair or replace defective parts on all appliances
- Maintain inventory of repair equipment and supplies
- Follow safety protocols and regulations

Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Maintenance Technician or similar role
- Knowledge of plumbing and electrical, HVAC systems, gas Ranges
