Part-time Description Job Summary: To assist the PR Department with day to day functions, special events, and the Cary website. Essential Duties:
Reception for Public Relations Department.
Maintains a working knowledge of organizational and departmental policies and practices, along with the ability to answer questions, or find answers to questions.
Processes all billing for Public Relations Department
Maintains adequate Office Supplies.
Manages routine correspondence
Assists PR Director with Scheduling
Supports Special Events when necessary
Coordinates monthly Soup Kitchen program
Assists with Special Program Coordination, ex. 100 Miles in 100 Days
Publishes Hospital Cafeteria Menu
Provides Birth Announcements to local media
Creates list of new employees for Heartbeat
Researches Health Related Articles for Seniority News letter
Prints Patient Welcome Packets
Other appropriate duties as assigned by PR Director
