Requirements
- Communicate matters of importance to the Program Manager in a timely manner.
- Develop and implement lesson plan for each program meeting.
- Assist with planning for the Spring Dance Recital.
- Communicate regularly and effectively with parents.
- Display positive and effective leadership skills to all participants.
- Attend staff meetings as requested.
- Uphold appropriate recreation and Dance program operations procedures in accordance with District policy.
- Uphold safety and risk management procedures as applicable to the recreation operation and District policy.
- Uphold customer service standards in accordance with recreation operation and District policy.
- Maintain an organized and clean program and storage area.
- Distribute program evaluations prior to program completion.
- Develop and prepare brochure information according to prescribed deadlines.
- Assist in the development and planning of special events and programs.
- Report condition and inventory of supplies and equipment as necessary.
- Other duties as assigned by the Program Manager.
