Job Summary:

Responsibilities:
- Manage the sales team and sales pipeline for pre-owned vehicles
- Oversee inventory control, including pricing strategies and stock rotation
- Implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue and meet targets
- Ensure compliance with dealership policies and procedures
- Utilize software systems for inventory management and sales tracking
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process
- Conduct appraisals of trade-in vehicles and negotiate pricing
- Maintain a high level of phone etiquette when communicating with customers
- Engage in public speaking engagements to promote the dealership and used car department

Experience:
- Previous experience in dealership sales or management is required
- Proficiency in sales software systems is preferred
- Strong mathematical skills for pricing and financial calculations
- Familiarity with retail sales practices and techniques
- Experience in inventory control and stock management
- Excellent public speaking skills for presentations and promotions
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Bilingual skills are advantageous but not mandatory
