Casa Branca is Hiring a Customer Service Specialist Near Beach, FL

Casa Branca—a vision for the home from acclaimed interior designer Alessandra Branca, featuring refined collections of fabric, wallpaper, furniture, and home accessories—is seeking an experienced Customer Service Specialist.

As a Customer Service Specialist at Casa Branca you will be an important part of our team, providing timely support and expert service to our design customers. We seek an organized, flexible, cheerful colleague to to assist, educate, and service our customers, clients, and partners across product lines and locations.

We aim for quick and accurate responses and short lead times on order fulfillment. Our Specialists are an essential resource for customers and provide the key connections to our team members in various locations.

SHOWROOM SUPPORT

  • Casa Branca sells throughout show rooms nationwide. From multi-line showrooms, to our own retail locations (West Palm Beach Atelier and Palm Beach Boutique). It is our goal to serve them in an equally timely and attentive manner.
  • Order Confirmation and Entry
  • Invoicing
  • Reviewing Payables
  • Fulfilling Memo Sample Requests
  • Setting up new Trade Accounts
  • Obtaining resale certificates for all designers in our trade program on a yearly basis
  • Developing the ability to make fabric and wallpaper suggestions based on space/use

PHONE/EMAIL SUPPORT

  • Provide timely responses to inbound emails and phone calls
  • Flag New Trade Account Requests
  • Support Responses to Inquiries
  • Provide Product, Stock, and Lead Time Information
  • Provide Services Information
  • Process Order Requests

REQUIREMENTS

  • Must have previous roles working with interior design brands, showrooms, or adjacent businesses
  • Able to learn and maintain a high level of product knowledge across categories including fabrics, wallpapers, furniture, and accessories
  • Strong interpersonal skills, offering a warm welcome and professional assistance both in-person and over the phone
  • Problem-solving orientation
  • Multi-tasking, managing time, and prioritizing demands
  • Highly professional, discreet, reliable, responsible and responsive
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Comfortable with technology across multiple platform
  • Shopify and WD experience a plus

ADDIITONAL INFORMATION

  • Job is based in our West Palm Beach Showroom location
  • Full Time position (40 hours/week)
  • Monday – Friday, 9:00 am – 6:00 pm (with 1-hour lunch break)
  • Little to no travel required
