CUSTOMER SUCCESS EVENTS COORDINATOR JOB DESCRIPTION

 Job Summary:

Casablanca Bridal Company, renowned for celebrating love with brides globally for 27 years through our brands Casablanca, Beloved, Le Blanc, and Amare Couture, is seeking a Customer Success and Events Coordinator. This role supports our wholesale sales business by creating wholesale training programs, onboarding new customers, and assisting retailers in increasing their annual sales volume with Casablanca Bridal. The Coordinator will manage Trade Shows, travel strategically to key and new accounts to train staff and boost reorders, perform all Sales Support and Customer Service functions, and recommend and implement improved business processes. Additionally, this role will oversee the coordination of various company events, including Market tradeshows, trunk shows, bride events, influencer events, and more. The ideal candidate will have a background in bridal, event coordination, or customer service, and will be dedicated to providing exceptional service to our clients.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Create, update, and maintain pre-recorded videos, live webinars, and in-person training programs for Authorized Retailers in collaboration with Sales, Customer Service, and Marketing.

• Conduct virtual meetings or in-person training sessions with stylists before all trunk shows to increase product knowledge, brand awareness, and any special promotions.

• Continually survey Retailers to identify and analyze training needs or any common major pain points then implement solutions. Provide Product Manager with customer feedback regarding design trends and fit.

• Manage Onboarding process to ensure all new customers receive a welcome kit and are trained on how to successfully partner with Casablanca Bridal.

• Collaborate with Marketing on various tools and strategies to help increase special orders and support Retailers such as developing a Merchandise Menu and Store-in-Store concept.

• Provide support to the Global Sales Manager in various tasks as directed, including but not limited to: assisting with account management and generating relevant reports, conducting data analysis, facilitating customer feedback coordination, collaborating with the sales team to ensure alignment on customer needs and strategies, assisting with the communication to house accounts.

• Prepare and submit communication for marketing e-blasts derived from sales reports, ensuring timely dissemination of information for both domestic and international clients.

• Update, relaunch, and maintain Casablanca Customization Certification Program.

• Answering emails sent to Orders, Customer Service and Trunk Show as needed.

• Assist Global Sales Manager and Marketing Manager to organize and conduct Bridal Market Trade Shows and come up with creative strategies to make these events more of an “experience” for our Authorized Retailers. Travel required up to 6 times a year for Market Trade Shows.

• Maintain and update Trunk Show sets and Gown On Loans for optimal return on investment and ensure new sets are ordered as needed.

• Assist Global Sales Manager and collaborate with the Marketing Team to develop and coordinate various bride focused events that help increase brand awareness and serve as brand partnership opportunities (e.g. Collection Launch Luncheon with Influencers, newly engaged brides, and top retailers).
