The back-office support job duties are to ensure that operations of Cascade FCU complies with the Bank Secrecy Act and works to eliminate money laundering attempts. This position also does data entry for entering, updating, researching, verifying and/or retrieving data into/from various systems; and ensuring the accuracy and confidentiality of information recorded.

• Enter data to various systems for use by all personnel.
• Reviews and verifies data entered database to ensure accuracy.
• Tracks documents received and completion dates.
• Assists and trains employees and new data entry operators on software programs.
• Assist and train staff on compliance procedures including safety within the branches.
• Aids technical staff to resolve computer and software problems.
• Runs and distributes reports.
• Creates back up files for all data.
• Assist with the VP of Operations return checks and bad addresses.
• Post bills and back up team members.
• Troubleshoot Ebranch and mobile apps and assist with all email notifications.
• Business Continuity Planning.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.09 - $26.60 per hour
