Cascade Health is seeking skilled and passionate RNs to join our Home Health team, where you'll enjoy autonomy, flexibility, and a supportive team environment! Provide skilled care to Home Health patients in their place of residence, and will function as the case manager. Understand the Hospice philosophy and provides treatment to dying patients.
Current licensure in the State of Oregon as a Registered Nurse and CPR card. Three years recent (within the last five years) med/surg experience, or one year (within the last three years) critical care experience. Must have a dependable, insured vehicle for transportation to visits, a current driver’s license, and a means of communication.
