It's your responsibility to guide and encourage staff and collaborate with other leaders in the community to meet the comprehensive needs of our residents. As the Wellness Director LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse) or RN , you will: Make a significant contribution to the quality of life of our residents by maintaining the highest possible quality and consistency Review routines, calendar of events, team member schedule and coordinate resident appointments, treatments, or procedures Assists with new resident orientation and transition to community Develop, implement and update service plans Make daily rounds to observe and evaluate the physical and emotional status of residents Coordinate admission and discharge of residents Evaluate employee performance and assume responsibility for recruiting, hiring and training new employees Ensures documentation of resident clinical status and is able to communicate to physicians and other healthcare professionals Ensure medications and supplies are ordered, in stock and counted at shift change Demonstrate organizational skills around time management Promote the mission, values and beliefs of Cascade Living Manage multiple priorities simultaneously Establish effective relationships with residents, family members and staff We are looking for great people that encompass: Maintains a current state license as a professional Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) [or Registered Nurse (RN)] Compassionate individuals who will represent our community in a positive and professional manner Effective communicator who connects with staff, residents and their families Demonstrate active listening techniques, gain support by treating others with dignity and respect Strong customer service skills with ability to problem solve Work with the dining room manager to identify dietary needs and develop appropriate dietary plans Ownership attitude who is able to stay focused despite interruptions throughout the day Ability to work flexible hours to include evenings and weekend Care and compassion Open-mindedness The desire to make a difference If you have the above qualities, we are willing to mentor and train you to be part of the caregiving team at a Cascade Living Group community $36.00 to $46.00/ hour *Depending on Experience Job Type: Full Time, Exempt (Salaried) Sign On Bonus: $2,500 paid after 90 days of employment $2,500 paid after 180 days of employment In addition to a wide variety of career opportunities, we offer a comprehensive benefits package that can include: Competitive wages Career Pathways Health Insurance (for those eligible) Voluntary benefits (Disability, Accident, Life) 401K (with company match) Payroll advances on earned wages Perks at Work Discount Program Generous Paid Time Off Education Assistance As an inclusive workplace, everyone is welcomed at Cascade Living.
